Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of FormOneza, operating under the domain FormOneza.top. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms.

Services

FormOneza offers project formation packages designed to simplify the setup of new ventures. Our standard package includes document preparation, filing assistance and post-formation guidance. Customers may request a schedule change up to 48 hours before the service start date. A service may be transferred to another date within 180 days from original booking.

Info Products

We provide digital guides and templates relevant to project formation. Access to these resources is granted immediately after purchase. If access has not been initiated, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase. Once a download or access link has been used, no refund can be granted due to license activation.

Physical Goods

FormOneza sells branded merchandise in limited runs. Items must be shipped back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable. After inspection upon receipt, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within five business days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service Packages: Cancellations made at least seven days before the scheduled start qualify for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations within seven days are not eligible for refund but may be transferred as described above.

Info Products: Refunds are available for unused digital resources within 14 days of purchase. Once access has begun, no refund is possible.

Physical Goods: Merchandise may be shipped back within 30 days. Upon approval, a refund will be issued as described above.

No Refund Cases: Custom designs, expedited filings, and any service requiring third-party purchases are not eligible for refund once work has started, as preparatory costs are incurred immediately.
